I believe in people and the potential in each and everyone. The employees are the  most valuable active assets that a company has.  

I’m passionate about connecting people who share the same values and purpose for  what they do. That’s why I choose People management in organizations as a career.  After years of experience from different jobs I’ve done.I learned so much from people  who I worked with. That gave me the eye for finding the right candidate that meets  

the company needs, for the long run, not just a period.  

Now I’m learning python as my attitude to the fastly evolved digitalied work reality.  With first hand knowledge, I can understand the company business better and  therefore provide a better selection solution. I also see python as a great tool to  simplify repetitive work in the HR department.  

The personal challenge that I overcame in these past years, leaves me with treasure  to take on for the rest of my life. Now work for me is not just a job. Everything I do at  work, the way of doing it matters. It generates social impacts,and moreover,  environmental impacts. I’d love to be part of a company that also cares about making  differences each day to protect our planet.
